Yeah true. I'm thinking about buying the "panzer m4" rebrand. I'm a bit confused why the different rebranded names have much different prices despite being the same thing. Why is the Copolla marked one $700+ while the panzer and charles daley are $550 or below? They have to be made at the same place or by the same manufacturer.The issue is piston rod being shorter, so instead of pushing the bolt back, it hammers the bolt. I got a CD clone and a Benelli. Finish is better on the $2k gun vs the $500 version, and the stock is more comfortable on the Benelli. Otherwise they work exactly the same. Not all clones are parts interchangable with M4.
